Richard Turing identifies the unsustainable energy trajectory of AI while leading infrastructure efforts at FreeMindAI and Envidea. He publishes the Green Paper on sustainable computing and exits board roles to pursue a new foundation for AGI.
2018
Synchronicity Technology Lab is founded in Palo Alto. Turing acquires a defunct geothermal plant in Iceland, beginning construction on the world's first Eco-Cluster Data Center for carbon-neutral AI.

His vision is to ethically guide Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) through an enhanced understanding of authentic human interaction.
As Founder & CEO, Turing believes that while misunderstanding and conflict seem inevitable, they are, in fact, anomalies in communication that can be dissolved through precise, data-driven architecture. For Richard, SYNC is far more than a dating app; it is a patch for human communication, a sophisticated instrument for advanced AI training.
